The gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, with a carrying capacity of five times that of the old model and a super long service life. It is made with a five-axis gantry CNC machining center, guaranteeing quality and precision. Using a disc-type for discharging pellets makes the discharge smoother and the forming degree better. The disc discharging shell is made of stainless steel, with higher strength and corrosion resistance than past types, which reduces the problem of steam corrosion and extends the life time.

The pellet machine has two sets lubrication system: a grease pump and a circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump mainly lubricates two rollers in the pellet machine, while the circulating lubricating oil pump lubricates the main shaft bearings and gearbox, as well as the material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which can effectively prevent equipment failures caused by poor lubrication.

The gear box lubrication pump also comes with a cooling fan to cool down the lubricant without stopping the machine, allowing for long-term operation.

There are two types of rings die. One is made of alloy steel and the other one is made of stainless steel. Both materials are quenched in a vacuum furnace, with uniform hardness and no breakage, plus excellent wear-resistance. The die holes are processed with high-speed gun drilling, and the holes are evenly distributed, inside the holes being smooth. The ring die can be reused on both sides.

There are three types of roller shell. The first type has a surface carbonizing treatment trough; the second type has a sealing groove roller shell; the third type adopts a super wear-resistant alloy welding process by robot.
