This wood pellet machine can produce high quality wood pellets with smooth surface, uniform size and high calorific value. It is widely used in wood pellet production line and can also be used for biomass power plants, large-scale pellet plants and home heating.
The vertical feeding method used for the equipment allows for the material to be fed in easily, without the risk of arching, and therefore allowing it to dissipate easily. The pressure wheel rotates to centrifuge the material, which is distributed evenly, thus ensuring a high forming rate. The mold is fixed, making the equipment run more stably. The machine is divided into an upper and lower layer, so it is possible to make two kinds of specifications. Two independent lubrication systems are provided for the transmission part and the pressing part, this ensures a safe and stable operation for a long period of time. Furthermore, the air-cooled dust removal system that comes with it allows for it to be run for an extended period of time so it can effectively produce while also remain energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

For materials with a big size, such as shavings, wood scraps, furniture factory scraps, sunflower husks, branches, stems, bark and other wood scraps, various crop straws, etc., they need to be crushed first. If the moisture content exceeds 20%, they should be dried before they are put into the pellet pressing equipment.
