Designed for high-volume manufacturers and large-scale farms, this model is a heavy-duty ring die pellet mill engineered to convert raw biomass materials into high-density, high-calorific value wood pellets.

It combines a robust gearbox drive system (bypassing the weak belts found in cheaper models) with a precision-machined ring die to ensure maximum efficiency, minimal downtime, and the highest output per kilowatt hour.

The XGJ700 utilizes a ring die principle—one of the most efficient methods for compressing biomass. The material is fed evenly into the crushing chamber where two press rollers squeeze the raw material through the rotating ring die’s holes, forming dense cylinders that are cut to length by a fixed blade.

Raw Materials Processed:

Virgin Wood: Hardwood sawdust, softwood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, and lumber mill waste.

Agricultural Residues: Rice husks, sunflower husks, peanut shells, coconut coir, corn straw, and soybean straw.

Industrial Byproducts: Bagasse (sugar cane), coffee grounds, and paper sludge.
