The XGJ8500 Wood Pellet Machine is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade pellet press designed for continuous, high-volume production of biomass pellets. Unlike small-scale flat-die pelletizers, the XGJ8500 features a large-diameter ring die and a forced-feeding system, allowing it to process raw materials with moisture content between 12% and 18% efficiently.
This machine is built for 24/7 operation in demanding environments such as wood processing plants, feed mills, and biomass power stations. Its core components – the ring die and rollers – are made from high-alloy wear-resistant steel, heat-treated for extended service life .
