The primary function of the XGJ560 Wood Pellet Machine is to compress loose, low-density biomass raw materials into dense, cylindrical pellets through mechanical pressure, transforming low-value agricultural and forestry wastes into high-value, eco-friendly renewable energy products. Its core functions are as follows:
First and foremost, it realizes the recycling and reuse of biomass wastes. A large amount of wood processing residues (sawdust, shavings, branches) and agricultural wastes (straw, rice husk, peanut shell) are usually discarded or burned, causing environmental pollution and resource waste. Loose raw materials such as sawdust have low burning efficiency, high transportation costs, and are difficult to store. After being processed into pellets by the XGJ560, the density of the raw materials is greatly increased (up to 1.1-1.3 g/cm³), making them easier to store and transport, and their burning efficiency is increased by 30% compared to raw materials. The pellets have stable combustion, no smoke, and low emissions, meeting global environmental protection standards.
In addition, the XGJ560 can also be used to produce high-quality feed pellets. By adding appropriate additives to agricultural and forestry wastes, the machine can compress them into nutrient-rich feed pellets for livestock and poultry, improving feed palatability and digestion rate, and reducing feed waste. It can also produce organic fertilizer pellets by processing crop straw and livestock manure, promoting the development of ecological agriculture.
