The XGJ560 Wood Pellet Machine is a heavy-duty, ring-die type pellet mill engineered for high-volume production of biomass fuel pellets. Designed to bridge the gap between small-scale workshops and large industrial operations, this model delivers exceptional throughput (1.5–2.5 tons per hour) while maintaining low energy consumption per ton.
Unlike flat die pellet mills, the XGJ560 utilizes a rotating ring die and stationary roller system. This design allows for higher compression ratios, superior pellet density, and significantly less friction heat. The result? Harder, smoother, lower-ash pellets that meet international standards for heating, animal bedding, and industrial co-firing.
