Differences in configuration and materials: Low-priced machines mostly use ordinary iron parts and inferior motors, which are prone to wear and failure; high-priced machines are often equipped with high manganese steel or alloy molds, copper core motors, and also have frequency conversion, cooling and other systems. For example, the cost of a motor containing rare earth permanent magnet steel is very high, which directly increases the price of the equipment.
3. Differences in technology and customization: Raw materials that are difficult to process require customized molds with specific compression ratios and apertures, and the customization cost will be reflected in the price.
4. Differences in brands and after-sales services: Cooperating with factories with a sound system ensures quality and after-sales services, making customers feel at ease. For example, on-site commissioning, quality assurance and lifelong technical support, these service costs will be included in the pricing, so price a little higher than traders; while cheap models mostly have no after-sales services and only sell the machines, so the price is naturally much lower.
